Return and Refund

We do not accept returns or allow refunds. Returns cannot be canceled within 24 hrs of scheduled shipping.

Shipping 

All customers are to provide offloading services otherwise a lift gate service fee will be added upon request. All products are to be inspected by the customer upon arrival when the delivery driver is onsite to file any damages needed as Nebraska Generator Service is not responsible for freight damages. Seller responsible for all shipping costs. Costs will be based on order size and destination.

Warranty 

All new equipment purchased will come with a base factory warranty. Warranty parts, labor, and travel will depend on equipment purchased. Nebraska Generator Service will provide preventative maintenance for added fee and warrantable service within 300 miles of Gibbon, NE. Otherwise reach out to your local Cummins dealer for service.

Installation 

All purchases from this website are for equipment only. Purchase does not include installation, wiring, fuel plumbing, fuel, batteries or offloading and setting of the equipment.
